I had an argument with one of my fellow officers to a club and I realized that we were fighting because we had different expectations of what needed to be done. In general, I had a hard time coming up with a topic for this post.  As a Female Pacific Islander computer science major, I feel otherized a lot so I am very aware to not do this to others because I know the effects this can have on everyone’s well being.

I apologize that this post is so late I was struggling with what to say it is something that I deal with often and sometimes it is easier just to ignore
