Empathy Intervention- Jackie Jacobson

So the other day at work, I had to train a new employee and this person was not catching on. I kept getting frustrated and thinking to myself “it’s not that hard to make a sandwich” and as she continued to hold up the line and mess up orders, I proceeded to get upset. Looking back at it, everyone learns at different paces and remembering back to my first day, she could’ve been feeling nervous and flustered as I did.
