My uber driver was very happy he could give me a ride the other day. He told me that it was hot outside and it was too far to ride back to campus given that I had a pizza in my hands. He told me to value every day in life, and to be thankful that we are breathing. His wife had passed a way a while back and he has made an effort to leave a positive impact on the younger generation. He offered me a bible, and even though I am not religious, I could see form his eyes that he was trying to express his love for all humans through it, and I was appreciative of that. I hope that he continues to spread the generosity because it genuinely made my day.
