I have many friends from many different backgrounds that were raised in different ways. One day I was eating lunch with one of my friends and after we finished eating, I watched him get up and completely disregard the recycle bin and throw everything away in the trash. I was shocked at his complete ignorance and was getting angry. This is when I realized that maybe he was raised differently than I was, and maybe he didn’t know to recycle. Instead of getting mad I decided to teach him to recycle properly and show him how to be better for next time.
